Return Policy

At Saxon Store, we always strive to provide a great shopping experience for our customers. If there are any issues with the product you purchased from Saxon Store, we are ready to offer a refund or replace the product immediately. Please note that we only accept refunds or replacements if the following conditions are met:

  • The product you received is defective (torn, poor print quality, significantly different from the product advertised on the website).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where the fault lies with you. For example, ordering the wrong size, color, or model. We rely on the information you provided when placing the order to verify whether the fault is ours or the customer's.
  • Returned products must be in new condition, unused. The product packaging does not need to be intact, but the main product must be new and unused.

Procedure for returning or refunding defective products:

  1. The first step when you want a refund or replacement is to send a complaint via email to us. Email: Support@saxon-store.com
  2. You must send your request within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  3. The complaint email must include the "Order Number", "Email address used to place the order" and let us know if you want a refund or a replacement. Additionally, you must attach clear images or videos showing the defect of the product. (We use this to review your request, if eligible for a return, we will notify you via your email).
  4. After sending the complaint, please wait for our response email. If the return is accepted, we will either replace the product or issue a refund (based on your previous request)

Some notes:

  • The refund amount only includes the value of the product and does not include shipping costs.
    • Example: If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and the shipping fee is $5, the refund amount will be $20.
    • If you buy a shirt from our store for $20 and get free shipping, the refund amount will be $20.
  • Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 days.

In case of late or missing refunds:

  • If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@saxon-store.com
  • If you want to replace the product, please send your request to us via email: support@saxon-store.com immediately after receiving our confirmation email approving the return or replacement.
  • The content of the request includes the product model, color, size, and quantity.
  • You will not have to pay any additional fees unless changing the size or color of the product.
