  1. My order was shown as “Delivered” but nothing was received?

If you received a delivery notice but the package is not in your mailbox, apartment office, or on your porch/doorstep, please don't worry. There are a few possibilities and steps you can take:

  • Check the Post Office: If you have a PO Box, your package might have been delivered there. Visit your local post office to collect it.
  • Ask Neighbors and Housemates: Your neighbors or housemates might have received the package by mistake. Reach out to them to see if they have it.
  • Wait a Few Days: Sometimes, delivery vans with GPS may update a shipment status to "Delivered" prematurely. Wait 2-3 business days as the package might have been marked as delivered accidentally and could arrive in the following days.

Order Modification/ Cancellation

  1. How do I modify my order?

You can modify your order by sending your request via support email : support@saxon-store.com. Please include all details for your adjustment and your order number.

NOTE:

  • Your order is only eligible for modification within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be adjusted.
  • We strive to process orders quickly to ensure they arrive as soon as possible, so we cannot guarantee changes to your order address, item variant, or quantity after the 2-hour window.
  • During the holiday season, modification requests may cause orders to take a little longer to process. Thank you for your understanding.
  1. How do I cancel my order?

You have a 12-hour window to cancel your order from the time of purchase. After 12 hours, we will not be able to assist you with canceling your order.

  1. How to place an order
  • Select Products: Browse our store and choose the products you love. Customize them as you wish.
  • Add to Cart: Click "Add to cart" once you're satisfied with your selection.
  • Checkout: When you're ready to complete your purchase, click "Checkout".
  • Shipping Details: Enter the shipping information where you’d like your package to be delivered.
  • Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the order.

That's it! We’ll take care of the rest for you.

  1. I can’t find my order confirmation email?

If an order was placed and processed successfully, an automated order confirmation should have been sent to you via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk/Promotion mailbox if you do not see any emails in your primary inbox.

Also, it is recommended that you whitelist our notification email address in order to improve our email deliverability.
